By accessing and using the MyFI IFR Test Prep application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use the App for personal, non-commercial instrument rating test preparation. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
This App is designed as a study aid for FAA IFR knowledge test preparation. While we strive for accuracy, the content should not be considered as official FAA guidance. Users are responsible for verifying information with current FAA publications.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The materials in the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. MyFI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall MyFI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials in the App, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
